Mit Hold yr ache 2 my ache verlagern Zeynab Kirikou Gueye und Lau Lukkarila ihre Zusammenarbeit in die Black Box und werden auf der Bühne von Performerin Marika Peura begleitet. In einer Szenografie der Künstler*innen Ju Aichinger und Val Holfeld treffen sich Sound, Tanz und Bauchgefühl als ausdruckstarke Protagonist*innen. Das Stück erforscht die Emotionalität des Körpers und wie sie aus verschiedenen sozialen und historischen Kontexten sichtbar wird. Der Prozess wird von Laura Hähnel in der Produktion und von einem Care-Team bestehend aus Racial-Awareness-Doula mirabella paidamwoyo* dziruni und Performance-Doula Claire Lefèvre begleitet. Eine Dramaturgie wie ein Springbrunnen bringt verkörperte, aber auch vorgegaukelte Gefühle, die aus den Zwängen struktureller Unterdrückung und den verlockenden Reizen des Affekts sprudeln, zum Überlaufen. Zurückhaltend genervt und flirty. Unverfroren cringe. Überstimuliert – feeling it all.

Zeynab Kirikou Gueye, geboren in Prag, ist interdisziplinäre*r Künstler*in und lebt in Wien. Deren Praxis ist von Postcolonial Studies und der Fähigkeit, inmitten sozialer Depression von visionären Futurismen zu träumen, beeinflusst. Seit 2017 artikuliert Gueye deren künstlerische Praxis vor allem durch die Auseinandersetzung mit Musik, Performance und der Politik des Dancefloors sowie durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Künstler*innen und Wissenschaftler*innen in interdisziplinären und politisch engagierten Projekten.

Lau Lukkarila, geboren an der Küste des Bottnischen Meerbusens in Finnland, ist ein*e in Wien lebende Choreograf*in und Performer*in. Lukkarilas Arbeit erforscht das Unbehagen, viszerale Interaktionen, Machtdynamiken sowie den Charme und den Anspruch von Affekten. Vorlieben: Verantwortlichkeit, Musik, Gefühle, Worte, aufmerksame Berührung. Abneigungen: festgefahrene Paradigmen, „aber es gibt keine wissenschaftlichen Beweise“, pricks.

Zeynab Kirikou Gueye (they/them), born in Prague, is an interdisciplinary artist based in Vienna.
